Very disappointing experience with MissMosa. I ordered a product, but the first time I received the wrong product. I returned it, and after a long wait, I finally received a replacement. However, the replacement had a size/fitting issue, as the size was loose, so I returned it for that reason. Now, after almost a week, I am being told that the product I returned is not the same product that they originally sent me. This is completely unacceptable. The product was veri

pathetic experience as they do not even provide size exchange of the same product becuase they have mentioned 'No Returns' in their bio. They use celebrity's pics reference to allure customers into believing u can trust them. Do not buy from this app as if u want to go for a bigger size they will deny and will give screenshot from the app saying they dont accept returns. I mean how do they not know the meaning of return and exchange?

Pathetic experience.. I ordered (₹2800) from their site and got delivered a wrong product. I send them the photos and videos of this product. There was definitely a fault on their side in the transport and delivery system , but they just did not investigate it properly. In the end ,all that they said to me was that in future I should be taking the videos and photos with intact packaging.. how's that even possible..I would rather not order from them..
