Horrible app. It gets logged out automatically frequently and I have to login again. I placed an order and needed to exchange the order. The whole process of return or exchange is very messy, unclear and confusing. There is no dedicated section for refunds, once has to go through so many steps just to reach to the returns/ exchange window and even then problem isn't getting resolved. Cumbersome and inefficient.

My experience is extremely bad with Alamode. First, quality of the product is not good in terms of the price they charge. I ordered some clothes and when I received it the colour and quality both were totally different from pictures in the app. There return policy is extremely poor, if you want to return something they will deduct 200 rupees from your order value toward shipping & reverse pickup charges. They are looting people by showing good pictures and delivering poor quality clothes.

totally fraud...the clothes are just showcased in an attractive manner and that's it....the quality of fabric is the worst..even the return policy is horrible, they just offer gift card instead of actual return....don't even scroll the website ...they are just fooling the people
