1★ Very poor experience. I placed a prepaid order of ₹2,250 and informed MS Mosa well in advance that the contact number on the order was incorrect and not in service. Despite this, they failed to update it. The courier marked the order as delivered without contacting me, and I have no idea who received it. This order was needed for an event, yet support is only asking me to wait 10 days for an investigation with no assurance of delivery or refund. Poor service and zero accountability.

Very disappointing experience. Refunds are given only as store credit(13-month expiry), not to original payment. Sizes rarely restock, making credit hard to use. Paid ₹4,100 (mostly from my own refunded credit) for a coord set that didn’t fit; return was rejected because 63% was store credit. ₹100 deducted on each return. No exchange provided, mentioned only in name. Poor WhatsApp-only support. Now stuck with unusable outfit and loss of ₹4,000. Their measurement chart is wrong. Not recommended.

Do not buy any dress from here. The products are something different than what is shown and you cannot exchange but only return it. Further, once done you cannot do it again. They also deduct 100 from your money for a return. Bad quality, bad customer service and products are super expensive
