I have seen multiple website selling the same garments. ( most of them). brand should have their own style and design for justify the price because most of the garments price is not worth it. it over price. and your ads like from Instagram and other social media when we click in the ads it take us to Play Store for download the app understood. but after the download the ads not taking us to app. it's again take us to the downloading portal. so it's a glitch. best of luck with the brand.

Pathetic experience.. I ordered (₹2800) from their site and got delivered a wrong product. I send them the photos and videos of this product. There was definitely a fault on their side in the transport and delivery system , but they just did not investigate it properly. In the end ,all that they said to me was that in future I should be taking the videos and photos with intact packaging.. how's that even possible..I would rather not order from them..

The products are good but the customer support is terrible. The rewards tab on the app also doesn't work. If you want to exchange/return your product then it's a hassle, you have to go to a website to do it. They give you a gift card ONLY when you return it. And also cut your money every time you return/refund. These things apply even if the product is defective. Customer service doesn't respond half the time. Even after returning, you have to contact them multiple times to get the gift card.
