BeSpoke is the customer app for your interior design project. Sign up in two minutes, get matched with a partner design studio, and follow everything from brief to handover on your phone.
ONE DESIGNER, START TO FINISH
Tell us about your home and a dedicated designer picks it up from there. Your design journey shows every step, from request received and site visit to proposal shared and project confirmed, with dates.
A BRIEF THAT BECOMES YOUR PROJECT SCOPE
A short room-by-room wizard captures your property, your household and how you live: work-from-home needs, guests, pets, accessibility, style, finishes, budget and timeline. Your answers become the scope document your project is built against, with a history of every change.
WATCH EVERY DRAWING
Concepts, elevations and floor plans arrive in the Designs tab, grouped by room and floor. Read your designer's note, approve a drawing with one tap, or request changes with your own comment. Approved drawings are locked as final so nothing moves without you.
LINE-ITEM PROPOSALS, NO SURPRISES
Proposals list every item with quantity, rate and GST: design fees, materials and finishes, labour, and execution. Approve or request changes from the same screen, and keep a record of every version.
A PAYMENT LEDGER THAT STAYS CURRENT
See each invoice, what has been paid, what is due and when. Payment history is recorded by the studio as transfers arrive, so you always know where you stand.
MESSAGE YOUR DESIGNER
Chat directly with the studio working on your home once your project is accepted. Samples, timelines, a change of heart about the kitchen: it all stays in one thread.
