The app doesn't load ..it has been many days...first the app didn't allow me to book and then it just stopped working altogether

Absolutely pathetic app ... takes forever to load & still doesn't work. ( Had to forcefully give a sone star rating on Play Store )

my issue of adding properties was sort of resolved however periodically the records just go missing sometimes and I need to re add the same. Another issue I have is the category options keep loading when trying to raise a service request which was previously not the case. hoping this gets fixed as we are entitled to some free services
