This is a fraud application I had added 4800 rupees to my card, 4800 rupees were deducted from my account and it is visible in their application too but it was not added in the wallet, the customer care people are picking up the calls, I am tired of even emailing, no reply, even chatted, no reply. It's not from their side, so you guys be careful.

Fraud app, please don't use it as your money will get stuck. As after adding money you will not be able to transfer it . It is not working since 1 month. And my money is also stuck. After complaining they removed kyc also and now I am not able to login to my account.

I added money to branchx wallet on june 7 , but they are not adding to wallet, this transaction is showing declined. It's not refunded and not added to branchx wallet. They are not giving my money after giving many compains through phone call and mails. They are not solving my issue.
