Very disappointing experience as a POS partner. Redemption system is frustrating – you must wait to accumulate 250 points and even after raising requests, payouts are delayed for over a month. Out of 3 redemptions, only 1 was processed. Constant false deadlines and generic replies. Low commission rates and RC credit-based quotation system add more problems. Not recommended for serious brokers who expect timely payments.

Worst payout system..have to wait for 250 points for redemption and once accumulated 250 points by hardworking, Again have to wait for 2 months or more to get that money in bank account.. even gives commission very less other's.

very bad service. payout delayed more than one month process. instant service commission also not working. no one replied. from. company or RM. i. mailed many times
