Earlier quality was good, I have been ordereing from more than 3years. But the quality is worsening since more than 6 months. The greens weight is much less than the billed and labelled weight, net weight is less. Bananas seem to be artificially ripened as they turn green to black and rot with in 24 hours. Mangoes are too tender and sweetless, if allowed to ripen for a day or two, it is rotten from inside. We had throw the mangoes and are highly priced. Customer care number is not responsive.

I have been using them for an year now and they are the best. I feel like someone has handpicked my vegetables. They deliver tender and fresh vegetables. My vegetables remain fresh for 10 days also. Never had such experience with any other app.

Mostly delivers stale, expired products(except apple). And then refuse to acknowledge the same burning their customer's pockets. Edit: I've sent emails to the ID you provided. They are not helpful, they just eat up your time with useless responses
