I just order all fruits and veggies from Deep Rooted, I don't think there's a compromise in quality, by far I've got very good quality ones. Strawberry 🍓, Lemon 🍋 grass were one of the best quality. Thanks Deep Rooted! The price looks a little higher than usual, that's expected for the quality. Shipping takes around a day, that's fine too because of the quality. The premium benefits are free delivery 🚚 and that saves all the money!

Quality of fruits and veggies has reduced drastically. Quality was good on my first couple of orders. It has reduced drastically the last couple of times. Incorrect variant sent in some cases (guava) and in some cases the packaging was bad that I received a few berries which were crushed. Some items are not delivered stating unavailability. Expect better quality and packaging when they are charging a premium.

Delivery timings not convenient. Sunday no delivery. Many things not transparent , seems deliberately kept hidden till orders confirmed like delivey charges for non-members, offers, etc. (whatsapp msgs show offers coupon code etc). All these stopping me from placing my 1st order.
