Disha is a free, self-guided personality and career profiling tool built specifically for Indian students, parents, and young professionals.

Using a widely-referenced personality framework (Holland Codes / RIASEC), Disha helps you understand your natural strengths and interests, then matches them against career directions relevant to the Indian education and job landscape - from engineering, medicine and law to design, civil services, defence, the arts, and more.

WHAT DISHA COVERS
- A short profile of your academic background (Class 10, Class 12 stream, college, if applicable)
- Your achievements and activities beyond the classroom
- A personality questionnaire based on the RIASEC model, with an easy-read simplified mode for younger learners
- An optional Learning Profile section for students with additional support needs (SEN), which reflects an existing professional assessment rather than generating a new diagnosis

YOUR REPORT
Disha generates a detailed, printable report covering your personality snapshot, a visual trait chart, ranked career direction suggestions with typical entry paths in India (entrance exams, degrees, institutes), and a personal skill-building roadmap.

PRIVACY FIRST
Everything you type stays on your own device. Disha does not use the internet, does not collect or transmit any personal data, and does not show ads or use analytics or tracking of any kind.

Disha is a self-guided reflection tool for informational purposes and is not a substitute for a certified psychometric assessment or a professional career counsellor.
