Absolutely the worst internet service I have ever used. They installed an old, used router instead of a new one. The internet barely works and disconnects constantly. There are server issues almost every day, making the connection unreliable and frustrating. Even the OTT services included with the plan do not work properly. Customer support is terrible you can never get connected to an agent when you actually need help. Complaints are ignored and problems remain unresolved for days.

Extremely very disappointed broadband service. Applied connection two days ago and still installation is not done and no body responds to the call. The customer care number is too busy and needs to wait more than half an hour in queue. On the app showing that connection is active. Please do not use this broadband.

This is the worst app, don't get the internet installed from this company, I complain about it every day but even then the internet does not work properly, sometimes the internet gets disconnected while working and its customer care service is also very bad.
