Extremely very disappointed broadband service. Applied connection two days ago and still installation is not done and no body responds to the call. The customer care number is too busy and needs to wait more than half an hour in queue. On the app showing that connection is active. Please do not use this broadband. Nobody is giving any solution.

hi everyone just don't take this company broadband you just irritate with them they don't have good routers even when you call them before payment they told you to resolve complaint in 4 hours but after payment they take 24 hours but still its not resolved you don't have access to contact them customer care didn't pickup call , through email they don't reply, app is worst you not even chat with them so you have to tolerate it till your plans over ao better to go other one i am fed up of this

Absolutely the worst internet service I have ever used. They installed an old, used router instead of a new one. The internet barely works and disconnects constantly. There are server issues almost every day, making the connection unreliable and frustrating. Even the OTT services included with the plan do not work properly. Customer support is terrible you can never get connected to an agent when you actually need help. Complaints are ignored and problems remain unresolved for days.
