Creativ Chat is the mobile inbox for Creativ Chat Studio — the AI assistant that automates your business's customer conversations on Instagram and your website, including Shopify stores.
Your AI assistant answers customer messages around the clock. Creativ Chat puts those conversations in your pocket, so a human can watch, step in, and take over the moment it matters.
Live inbox — Every conversation from your connected Instagram professional account updates live, complete with unread counts and search.
Reply as yourself — Send a manual reply and the AI automatically pauses on that conversation, so you never talk over your own bot. Hand the conversation back to the AI with one tap.
Assign chats to your team — Assign a conversation to a teammate; they get a notification on their phone and on the web dashboard. Every chat clearly shows who owns it: the AI assistant or a person.
Canned replies — Save the answers you type most and insert them into any conversation in two taps.
Honest limits — Instagram allows replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Creativ Chat shows you exactly when a conversation is open and when it isn't.
Search and filters — Find any conversation by name or handle, or filter by Unread, Mine, AI-handled, or Assigned.
