Today again there is an issue with Deerika App. No scheduling and No Payment option available. Everytime I have to order online, there is some or the other problem. . The offers don't get updated on app. The team is not capable enough. Wednesday offer do not get updated on app. The resolution offered is hit n trial always, asking to delete cache, uninstall the app n reinstall. Tried the same still issue does not get resolved. The team asks to shop offline. What a joke.

Bloody idiotic app. Never fulfills the order. Whenever one places the order, either someone will call requesting to cancel the order or they on their own cancel the same and that too without any intimation.

Very bad user experience. They delivered a damaged article which was noticed after delivery. They are not ready to replace or refund.
