Worst experience ever! I've faced issues logging in to the DishTV app using OTP. Despite contacting customer support multiple times and raising several tickets, the problem persists. I was assured of a resolution, but it hasn't happened yet. Recently, I was asked to recharge, with the promise that the issue would be resolved, but that didn't occur. This has been a bitter and fraudulent experience. The lack of support and false promises have left me no choice but to switch to different service.

This is a completely useless app, neither can we select the apps properly nor can we separate them. The channels which we do not want to watch, those apps in other languages ​​are forcibly added. And their app packages are the most expensive, in free channels there are only channels in other languages ​​whereas in Jio Fiber you get 800 plus channels in a recharge of Rs. 550.

Worst app ever. My account balance does not get updated, even after recharging, it does not refresh it. Also the apps that I didn't even add in my cart. Also the modify pack option was horrible. Takes about half an hour to load then says something went wrong Please try again later. Such horrible app I have never seen In my entire life...
