Absolute rubbish app and even worse is the customer care service. They don't solve your problem, only informs you the balance and switch off date and when asked to solve the problem, they would transfer the call to some "so-called" Senior, who would never be available.I have not been able to log in to their app for more than a month. ABSOLUTE PATHETIC state of affairs.

The previous versions at least attempted to function with full of bugs. This one really tests our patience and has a memory leak. Google login doesn't work, it is stuck in a loading loop. The backend takes long time to respond for each request. If I try to download the invoice it shows it is saved to Downloads folder, but there is no file in the said folder. The website is worse, good luck if you have more than one connection, it will never switch from the first, just "Something went wrong".

One of the very very worst app and customer corner... They never solve the problems of customers.. Have options only to add channel and don't have options to remove channel but the icon read add and remove channel very worst app and customer care
