Extremely poor and disappointing service from Dish TV! 😡 The customer support is terrible, problems are not resolved properly, and the service is absolutely not worth the money. I regret choosing Dish TV. One of the worst TV services I have ever used. Totally disappointed and would never recommend it to anyone!

Worst. They don't display info on base packages, the search doesn't work on the guide channel option, the app runs very slowly and breaks, THE RECHARGE IS NOT REFLECTING ON TV AND STILL WE GET WARNING ⚠️ OF DISCONNECTION IN TWO DAYS EVEN THOUGH WE RECHARGED FOR 3 MONTHS AT A TIME.

Even recharge is getting too much time. everything is complicated. d2h was very good. i will find other options. i don't like my dish tv.hopless services and call center also hopeless. They don't know how to talk with customer.
