Completely disappointing support. None of the technicians seem to be aware of the proper app installation process. Multiple technicians have visited, service charges were incurred each time, and even the dish was replaced, yet the issue remains unresolved. Nothing comes free, which is understandable, but at the very least there should be genuine effort and accountability to fix the problem. Unfortunately, even that is missing, and the issue has been ongoing for over three months. + 1 month!!

I wanna give it a zero star rating such a worst app interface. I have using this app for a while I recharged for year and forgot about this app now I get back to this app everything is changed and they made it worst I can't select proper packages I can't recharge from where I created package I have to come to different interface to recharge where they don't give pricing according to the pack I selected such s waste of time I feel like removing my dish tv subscription and getting tata one.

Please reduce recharge amount to 100 rs..... option should be given to pause the viewing when we require in the app and continue same as and when required. also package modification and what actually exists in our package is difficult to see,, it should be easy and transparent... and most important,, when we select some plan, same should be shown in some group.. like all our package channels at one place for easy navigation.. except those of free channels.. searching 1200 channels sucks..
