Zero stars if that were possible. My Dish TV connection has not been working for the past 20 days. Despite repeatedly calling customer support, I only receive false promises that the issue will be resolved. No technician has fixed the problem, and there has been been no proper follow-up. I have wasted my time making countless calls while paying for a service I cannot use. This is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend Dish TV to anyone.

Extremely poor and disappointing service from Dish TV! 😡 The customer support is terrible, problems are not resolved properly, and the service is absolutely not worth the money. I regret choosing Dish TV. One of the worst TV services I have ever used. Totally disappointed and would never recommend it to anyone!

The vc no in my registered mobile no and the vc no displaying on TV and set up box is different. I tried to reach customer care to fix it multiple times but there is no option to fix this issue since customer care is supported by bot. Please help to fix. Because while I recharge using my registered mobile number , it is not reflecting in my TV.
