Very poor. Online recharges through these Apps are not getting updated timely. Worst customer support. They simply pass on the time over the phone without any resolution. Not at all reliable. Already reported to your customer care support. In case you need any more information or details about their lethargic approach, you may refer to the customer call report of today or else, give me a call on my registered mobile number or e-mail the details required... I am ready to provide.

Dish TV customer service is very poor and disappointing. The company often delays solving customer problems, and many users face issues with signal, recharge, and channel activation. Customer care executives do not respond properly and keep customers waiting for a long time. The service quality is not satisfactory compared to other DTH providers. Many customers complain that technicians arrive late or do not solve the issue completely.

Pathetic service and a completely unreliable app. I recharged through the official Dish TV app, money was deducted successfully, but the recharge was reflected in my account. Customer care simply says the recharge is not visible in their system instead of resolving the issue. It also feels like monthly recharge users face more problems while yearly plans are pushed more aggressively. Customers pay for service, not excuses. Very disappointing experience.😡😡😡😡😡😡
