Ratings and reviews

Been using the app since it's inception, but simple app features like sorting the results, providing additional filters for specific search, not displaying out of stock products, are still unavailable. It sometimes makes it really cumbersome to quickly complete the order . Please do get these 2 features out at your earliest. I wonder why no one else needs it.

Had a worst experience about serivie. They delivered stuff on exact time. I paid bill by UPI. I got the notification about successful transaction on phone app, sms and mail also. I checked statement on my phone banking app simultaneously. Thereafter the D'mart's delivery guy told me that Dmart hasn't received the payment..you have to pay again as there must be an erro in our system. Once we solve it..you ll get your payment back if paid twice by you.

DMART Ready has created a seamless user experience on the app. They have improved the app from the time they introduced it around covid and continue to better it even now. Would like the team to focus on 2 things . - if a particular product is out of stock , pls Create a option to add it to a separate bucket and move it to main cart as and when it is available. - some dmart ( premia) products are listed with multiple names. You may want to relook and cleanup duplicate names.
