The android app is better than the iOS one , the problem is the delivery folks , I have ordered twice and both times they have not delivered one item each, the app does not refund you as the delivery guy's do not tell Dmart about the missing item , then you have to call the call center . However the call center resolves the issues , guess dmart is overwhelmed with the pandemic , prices are definitely the lowest and it's an Indian entity , so would continue to buy

Please don’t buy any groceries or other items from the DMart app for now. They said that if there is no lift, they won’t deliver to the first floor. So, it would be better if we look for another app instead. I don’t think it is reasonable to expect every customer to have a lift facility. Not everyone lives in a building with a lift, and refusing to deliver to the first floor in such cases is quite inconvenient. So, I think it would be better for us to use another app for our grocery shopping.

It has been 3 days since I have raised a return request on the dmart app for delivering broken fry pan.. I even complained via email, didn't receive any response, not even a confirmation email or sms. They don't even have customer care chat options on their app like other shopping platforms and there is absolutely no way to check the status of your complaint. U are at the mercy of dmart! This just shows how little dmart values their customers. Absolutely pathetic service!
