ExTr is a calm place to track what you spend — one honest line at a time.

Most money apps turn your spending into a data feed for someone else. ExTr does the opposite: the small act of typing it is the whole point, and your data stays yours.

No tracking. Ever.
No analytics, no ad SDKs, no third parties watching you count your rupees.

No bank linking. You type one honest line — the work of tracking is the point.

Yours by default.
Your entries live on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to turn on Backup.

Backup that only you can read.
Turn on optional cloud backup and everything is end-to-end encrypted — only you can open it, not even us. Sign in with Google, and a one-time recovery code brings it all back on a new phone. Off by default; you're always in control.

Track together with Spaces.
Share a trip or a household without giving up your privacy. Create a Space, invite by email, and tag only what's shared — everyone sees the shared total by category and week, while the rest of your spending stays yours alone. Each Space keeps a single currency.

Real vs. projected.
Money set aside and money you might save are never blended. The interface stays honest.

Calm and quiet. No streaks, no confetti, no shame — just a clear record.

Recurring bills nudge you to confirm. Nothing is ever logged on your behalf.

Add the home-screen widget — your daily total is always a glance away, and one tap drops you straight onto the capture screen. Type "Chai 40 today" and ExTr reads the amount, item, date and category. No ten fields to fill.

What’s new

• New: the home-screen widget now shows upcoming recurring bills — names, amounts, and due dates — right alongside today's spend. Available in both small and medium sizes.

• New: Shared Spaces now include an All Time view alongside Week and Month, with expenses grouped by month.

• Improved: offline experience for Spaces. Spaces, members, and space details now load from cache instead of showing empty screens.
