I sold 0.1592 gm gold on your platform, but till now the withdrawal amount has not been credited to my account. This delay is unacceptable and causing me a lot of inconvenience. I request you to process my refund immediately. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and expect urgent action on this matter.

Not able to withdraw funds. It said can withdraw after reaching 200 but now as I try to withdraw it just takes me to a page for financial planning assistance. Very disappointing.

one of the worst app I have ever used. i requested for a withdrawal 3 months ago but till now I haven't received my payment. always get auto generated messages from the customer service. there is no experienced back end team to solve issues of the customers. if they are in this field so they should be attentive to the customers queries. totally unprofessional and waste of money & time. not recommended to anyone to invest money here. one of the pathetic app ever used.
