LOCATION DATA — TRANSPARENCY

Drivers' GPS is used three ways: on receipt capture, on SOS alerts, and shared live during active trips and "On Duty" sessions via a foreground service with a persistent notification.

Live tracking runs only after explicit in-app consent (DPDP Act 2023). Drivers can withdraw consent and stop sharing any time. Owners cannot remotely start tracking. No ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION. Raw GPS deleted after 90 days. Full policy: https://fleethisab.in/privacy
