About this app

"GetParking Parking Management Sytem" is an app for Parking space Owners, Operators, Managers and Attendants. It is part of the GetParking platform which uses Computer vision, Machine learning, Internet of Things & Artifical Intelligence to add unprecendented intelligence to your parking lots.

Key features
1. Digitise - Bring your parking lot online in a few steps. See parking availablity, collections, vehicle details for all entries & exits with photos etc. in real time.
2. Scan or Type - Either scan the numberplate of a vehicle or enter the last 4 digits manually to capture a vehicle photo and enter that vehicle into your system. Capture the time of entry or exit and GetParking will automatically show current parking availablity for that availability at the entry, calculate parking charges at exit or report any parking policy violations made by any vehicle.
3. Tickets and receipts - Print tickets & receipts for every vehicle if needed or selectively for a few vehicles. Lost tickets are no problem as the vehicle data is already captured by the system.
4. Passes - Issue passes from 1 day to 1 month. Renew them before or after expiry. Link the digital passes to RFID cards so as to create a "tap-and-go" experience for vehicle owners
5. Tags - Use tags to identify vehicles and classify them into any relevant categories. Want to track the parking capapcity for a particular building, office or retail outlet in your facility? You can easily do that with tags.
6. Reports - As a Manager you can download view comprehensive reports for any time period
7. Multiple parking lots - Own or Operate multiple parking lots? No problem. You can access data for all your businesses and switch between them instantly
8. Tariffs - Your tariffs are setup using our PriceEngine. Whether you charge a flat fee for the day at entry or the charges are calculated on an hourly basis at exit; we have you covered. PriceEngine will also cater to a wide range of tariff use cases based on access (i.e. single v/s multiple entry tickets, VIP zones), time period (day passes, weekly or monthly passes) and customer type (special tariffs for a specific set of customers) and lots more
9. Devices - Easily connect all your parking infrastructure & devices (boom barriers, display panels, printers) to the phone running this App in our FULLY WIRELESS system. Open a boom barrier, update a variable-message display panel and print tickets, receipts & passes directly from your phone. Easily shift your phones from one location to another & connect/manage the nearby devices seamlessly
10. Revenue management - See all your collections in one place. As a Parking Attendant you can submit your daily collections to your Supervisor or Manager. As a Manager, you can track & review the daily collections made by all your staff at every single parking lot. 11. Shift management - As a parking attendant you can "log in" to your shift using your unique OTP. As a Manager you can see who is currently on-duty at each of your parking locations and how long they worked on any given day.
12. Invite Parking Attendants - Invite a parking attendant to your Parking business to enable them to securely sign-in to your business and start working at the assigned Parking lot
