SAMPADA 2.0 is a comprehensive user-friendly application for E-registration of documents and Issuance of E-stamps by the Inspector General of Registration and Stamps (IGRS), Commercial Tax Department of Government of Madhya Pradesh State, India, for better governance, evidence-based processing and to create multiple opportunities for simplification of Registration Processes. The Objective of the Sampada 2.0 mobile application is to provide a user friendly and transparent application with reformed Government Process Re-engineering (GPR) in with compliance with the Madhya Pradesh State Government policies.

For seamless flow of Registration and E-Stamp processes. Sampada 2.0 application interacts with certain external interfaces to meet the IGRS guidelines and rules. They are,

1. E-sign using Aadhar Number supported by third party service providers E-Mudhra.
2. Treasury Web Application of Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, India for Sampada Wallet recharge and Online Payments.
3. GIS Applications(Property identification And Valuation) - To identify Geo coordinates of the Property to be registered and to identify the Geo coordinates of the User who takes property photos, to make sure that the user is taking the correct Property’s photos by matching both coordinates in the system.

The Sampada mobile application does not access any private data of the user. We ask permission to access camera and location of the User’s Mobile phone for the below reasons

Camera Permission:
1. The Camera permission is required to take property photos so that they can be uploaded in property registration document.
2. We may need to access to the camera to scan the QR code of E-stamps to verify their authenticity.
3. We may need access to the camera to generate the Token to perform Sub-Registrar Office based Document registry.

Location Permission:
The Location permission is required to make sure that the user is taking the photo of correct property. The geo coordinates of the property and the user are captured and compared to ensure the same.

Photo Permission:
This permission is required to access photo gallery to upload profile photo of the user.
