About this app

This application is designed to function as a headless app, meaning it cannot be opened directly from the Play Store or your device's app drawer, nor will you find an application icon in your app drawer. It works in collaboration with the Aadhaar Authentication User Agency (AUA), the KYC User Agency (KUA), and other entities.

How the Application Works:
Since the application is headless, there is no option to open it directly from your device. Instead, it is invoked by an AUA or KUA that you are interacting with. When you need to authenticate your identity, the AUA/KUA will trigger the FaceRD application to perform the necessary operations. This design ensures that your interactions with the app are seamless and secure, without requiring you to manually open or interact with the app itself.

Security and Privacy:
This design choice prioritizes your security by minimizing the points of direct interaction and potential vulnerabilities. By being triggered only by authorized agencies, the application reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

TRY THIS... Had similar experience of not able to open this app. I was trying to use this for generating UAN number.. through Umang app. It was not at all working, as I searched in my phone for this app.. but then I realised that this app works in background.. and when you open app you have your work on like in my case, Umang.. it worked-an option for using this comes when we have to scan our face; similar to when we open any file and we get various options given by our phone, like drive.

Sophisticated, fantastic App, works smoothly without a single crash. Photo zoom is too high, please moderate it. The client has to install it, works on the go method. Just Open the appropriate relevant app which requires face authentication through the aadhar server UIDAI. Overall a great app. Thanks UIDAi...

so much of time taking to recognise. have to include finger print option. since in adhar we are giving finger print you can include that. This means we have to make a joker show in the limited circle. it will not come 1 st try itself. we have to try 2,3 times. . it must include the the one month attendance timing in the next page. so the the concerned person can see his attendance
