The worst app and the worst electric bike ever. I'm never ever renting an ebike again. The lock was not unlocking even after multiple tries. When the lock finally opened, it kept beeping every 2-3 mins and nothing was showing up on the app. The seat alignment was loose, as soon as I was sitting the sit was getting bent. The bike was very old, full of rust amd supremely uncomfortable. Worst experience ever.

edit 2: The app is not allowing to cancel the request but customer care wants me to cancel it. Another round of trouble for the user. Still awaiting a refund. edit 1: The customer care has assured me a refund, still waiting. They don't give refunds even for malfunctioning cycle rides. Just 1km after I started the ride, I had to request them over multiple calls and a tiresome 4 hours later they picked it up. They didn't process a request for a refund either. Very unethical practises.

The application appears to be subpar and requires significant improvement. It frequently crashes without warning, causing inconvenience to users. After completing a ride and locking the bicycle, there is no option to navigate back within the app, forcing users to kill the app and restart it. During trips, incorrect distances are displayed, and the map accuracy is unreliable. Additionally, there is no feature to view the subscription plan history, purchase, current subscription, and expiration.
