the bluetooth isn't connecting and the support team is useless (just like their dated app)! otherwise a good initiative, but iot and connectivity could be hugely improved! Edit 1 - Your support team is absolutely useless. Cycle is locked and is not unlocking, and they're asking me to return it to the hub. How's that even possible without unlocking!

worst customer service, they are very supportive until you pay the amount after that they are like everything that was happen that was your mistake, if you choose wrong plan that was a mistake, if you add more amount to a wallet that was also the mistake, because withdrawal of amount is not possible in 3 or 4 days we need to wait for a month

worst app ever. It can't complete the ride even after clicking button. I have submitted video and contacted support and explained issue 2 times. No again they are saying me to contact support mail. worst experience. I don't know why they deducted extra for their in efficiency.
