Haldia Paribesh is an environmental civic app for the Haldia region. It connects residents directly with the municipal departments to keep our city cleaner, healthier and greener.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Report environmental problems — water logging, garbage, air or noise pollution, and more — with a photo and your location, so the right department can act quickly.
• Track live Air Quality Index (AQI) readings for Haldia, including PM2.5, PM10, temperature and humidity, with easy-to-understand health guidance.
• Follow municipal posts and announcements.
• Get notified as your complaint moves from submitted to resolved.

• Quick sign-in with your mobile number (OTP) — no passwords to remember.
• Available in Bengali and English.
• You control your data: delete your account and all your complaints anytime from Settings → Delete Account.
