About this app
HQ Operations is the field app for Handy sQuad teams. It puts the day's work in one place, so technicians and supervisors can see what is scheduled, what is running late and what is already done — without calling the office.
YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
Sign in and the home screen opens on the work that matters: how many jobs are scheduled today, what is coming up, and anything overdue. Jobs that slipped past their date are surfaced first, so nothing quietly goes missing.
EVERY JOB IN FULL
Open a job to see the customer, the service type, the assigned crew, the schedule and the job's history. Every job card carries its current status, so a list can be read at a glance rather than tapped through.
BUILT FOR SITE WORK
The app keeps working when the signal does not. Jobs you have already loaded stay readable with no connection, so a basement or a lift shaft does not leave you stranded. Everything refreshes when you are back online.
ACCESS CONTROLLED BY YOUR ORGANISATION
Accounts are created and managed by your Handy sQuad administrator — there is no public sign-up. Sign in with your work email and password, or with your registered mobile number. What you can see and do is governed by the permissions your administrator grants you.
