Itsy Bitsy was started in the year 2007, as a small shop in Bangalore by Harish and Rashmi Closepet with the simple goal of making the highest quality art and craft supplies accessible to everybody in India while inspiring creativity.We’re proud to be India’s biggest retailer for art and craft supplies with more than 10000 products in our retail stores and online store. Since our inception, we’ve been trying to make more inspirational & affordable products.We’re so happy to be known as a “value store” by our customers today!

We are always on our toes, adding new products and creating trends for you to explore! We don’t want any creative need of yours to go unfulfilled and so we also import products from leading brands around the world.

1. First of all it does not keep you signed , everytime i open the app it asks for sign in again. 2. I am trying to place an order through app . Since I had some loyalty points, i am trying to redeem it. The moment i choose the points to redeem and choose next, the cart value does not decrease instead it goes to a website page saying my cart is empty. And even though i have not done the payment, my loyalty points are gone. It seems impossible to place an order through app using loyalty points.

Been shopping at Itsy Bitsy for years now. My only problem is the price. The quality is superb and unmatched but the price for the quantity provided is very steep. I have also noticed most products belong to Little Birdie. It's kinda monopoly there. May be if they branched out to more brand options, the prices of products may lessen a bit n we loyal customers would love to shop more and feel less bad for buying "those cute little handmade flowers".

My first experience with the Itsy Bitsy app was great. User interface is excellent. The space looks attractive. Navigation is smooth with good speed. Searching products and adding them to cart is easy. All products are categorised systematically. Was able to add products to wishlist and shift them to cart as well. Check out was also smooth and happened in a jiffy. Post purchase, I received updates on my order status till delivery. Wonderful service. Enjoyed my craft shopping.
