I booked the tickets using UPI payment method Money was cut for the tickets but I didnot get tickets seats numbers msg I just got msg from phonepe that my money was deducted but I didn't get msg from this app about my tickets numbers or if the tickets were booked or not Will I get my money back I want my money backkkk! At any cost!! As soon as possible!!!

I made the payment and it showed some duplicate record problem. I enquired about this problem in the payment issue section of the app but they responded that the transaction never took place. But the amount got cancelled from my account, and it happened again today. Worst customer service.

I have booked the ticket on the app the booking was very smooth.. When I am about to start to the movie. I have received a message from you stating that there is a change in movie on the same screen. Actually there is no such change. Why you create panic in people and your helpdesk will not work after 9pm... After all we are going to movie for relaxing not for panicking... Thanks
