Up until a few days ago, this app was a 5 star and operated exceptionally. These last 2 days, with the app's update, the functionality is gone. The app's 2 fields for addresses won't calculate the distance anymore. This was the best app I have found after much research. Maybe one day it'll make a comeback.

This is the ONLY app providing air distance by keyboard entry & isn't limited to ICAO airports! It does an excellent job of providing air distances between cities/towns & finds specific endpoints such as airports and landmarks. The distances provided are accurate in miles or kilometers. Sadly, if one switches to another app AD gets hung up on its title screen upon return. The app must be reopened to revisit results or a make new measurement. The bug has been known & acknowledged for >year.

Bug: If you run Air Distance, then switch away from it (eg. press the Home button) and then task switch back to Air Distance or try to open the app again by pressing it's icon, it freezes at the logo screen - 100% of the time. Feature Request: An option to access contacts might be nice, eg. From: "My location" To: "Joe Blow" would offer Joe Blow's address from my contacts as an option (if it exists) and tell me the distance if I selected his address.
