LearnSync Staff is the official app for teachers and staff at schools that use the LearnSync school management platform. Sign in with the credentials your school provides and manage your day-to-day work right from your phone.

Mark attendance, check your schedule, apply for leave, view your payslips, run online classes, and stay up to date with school announcements — all in one place.

What you can do:

• Attendance — mark student attendance for your classes in seconds, with quick access to your assigned periods.
• Timetable — view your daily and weekly schedule so you always know your next class.
• My Class — class teachers can see their students, track attendance, and add remarks.
• Assignments — set assignments for your class and review student submissions.
• Leave — apply for leave, follow the approval status, and check your leave balance.
• Payslips — view and download your monthly payslips securely.
• Online classes — start or join scheduled online classes directly from the app.
• Announcements — receive school broadcasts and important updates through notifications.
• Communication — stay connected with the school office and, where enabled, with parents.

LearnSync Staff works only for schools that already use the LearnSync platform. If your school has not set up LearnSync yet, please contact your school administrator.

For transport staff: while on duty, you can share the school bus's live location so the school and parents can see its position during the trip. This is used only for that purpose.
