MedNote brings your hospital to your phone. Whether you're a patient managing your care or a doctor managing your day, MedNote gives you secure, instant access to appointments, prescriptions and medical records — all in one app.
For patients: book appointments (doctor → date → slot), view/cancel appointments, read prescriptions, view & update medical history, manage your profile.
For doctors: see today's schedule and full appointment list, move appointments through their lifecycle (confirm → check-in → start → complete, cancel/no-show), search/filter by status, and open complete patient records (overview, history, prescriptions, visits).
Secure by design: hospital-issued sign-in, encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access scoped to your own data. You'll need an account provided by your hospital to sign in.
