Refund Request for Automatic Payment Dear Support Team, ₹499 was automatically deducted from my account in November and again in March 2026 without my permission. I have not used this app even for a single day. I am a student and do not have time to use this service. Kindly review my account and process a refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your support.

Auto-pay was cancelled, but the subscription amount was still deducted from my account. After payment, no premium features were activated in the app. This means I paid but received no service. Support response has been slow and unclear. Very disappointing billing experience. Please fix your subscription and refund process — users should not be charged without access. Not recommended until this is resolved.

The frequency of ads is ridiculous. It breaks the 'scroll' entirely. Every 2 or 3 reels, there’s a sponsored post or a video ad that pops up. It’s even worse when you’re trying to watch a multi-part story and an ad cuts in between part 1 and part 2. It’s frustrating, laggy, and has completely sucked the fun out of the app. 0/10 for user experience
