Worst app. Trying to upload meter reading but app says " IVRS doesn't exist". Unable to display the payment history also. And now to see the bill, the app opens a browser window. Previously the bill is displayed the app itself. Try to test the app before making it available on the play store.

Purpose is good but never works like online services. Take at least 8-10 days to update online payment status should max within 24 hrs. Previous bill payment never shows latest payment but shows 2( two) month ago status. Don't do name corrections correctly. I applied for spell corrections and address details but only 30% job done and stopped. Nothing doing helpful though lot of options available to do online. Must be improved and acive for limited timelines.

After uploading the reading via this app there is no way to tell whether we have uploaded it correctly or if reading has been recorded. Hence you will be relax after uploading the reading but at the end of the month came to know that reading was not done!! You have nothing to prove that reading was done via smart bijlee app. 1. Atleast a mail , SMS should be sent upon successful reading. 2. An option to see what we have uploaded
