Not proper interface and good option and does not have escalation matrix of both mp online and lokseva kendra.. Its should be better that resident go to the official office for paper work or documentation makibgt, not any signal use of this app except result and unervisity

USELESS! whenever I tried to view grievance status, registered on cm helpline portal, a notification poped up says " Your internet connection is too slow". For your kind information I can view videos on YouTube in 1080p with that network so please fix this and do some work guys. I don't know why government paid you for doing nothing😡😡😡

Their is no problem on the services which was inside. Problem was in working, loading, accuracy, speed, payment gateway etc are not up to the mark. please fix such problems.
