it shows grand permission but I granted permission still it doesn't working and stuck there , totally useless app

this is another 90° App of MP Government not run, hang on starting screen. on clicking Enter button always show allow permission. i gave it permission to become superman, batman anyman but it's require permission becoming Smart Smart AI App.

The app is not even starting. just getting stuck on asking for permissions which I allowed all. What is the use of this rubbish app if it's not even starting. The developers of the app are the stupidest developers.
