SkyHawk Partner App is Seagate's app for surveillance and security professionals - installers, system integrators, resellers and distributors. Version 2.0 is a complete redesign: faster, cleaner and built around the tools you use every day on site and in the shop.

TOOLS FOR THE JOB
- Storage calculator: enter cameras, resolution, frame rate, compression and retention, and get the storage you need in seconds. Share the result with your customer.
- RAID calculator: see usable capacity, protection and overhead for JBOD and RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60.
- Estimate builder: build itemised quotes from a ready-made list of cameras, recorders, drives, cabling and installation charges, add tax, and share a professional PDF. Drafts are saved to your account.
- SkyHawk compatibility: check which DVR and NVR systems are validated with SkyHawk drives.

SUPPORT WHEN YOU NEED IT
- SeaCare service centres (selected countries): browse every authorised centre by state and city, or find the nearest one using your location, with one-tap calling and directions.
- Chat with SkyHawk support (selected countries): message the Seagate team directly and share photos or documents.
- Check warranty: look up a drive's warranty status by serial number.
- Helpline numbers, FAQs and product brochures at hand.
