MyStudioSync helps photographers and wedding studios collect client photo selections, organise album proofing, track bookings and manage studio billing in one connected app.
CLIENT PHOTO SELECTION
Share assigned galleries with each client. Clients can review photos on mobile and mark every image as Selected, Waiting or Rejected. Full-screen viewing helps them check details before finalising album choices.
ALBUM PROOFING AND EXPORT
Keep every shortlist linked to the correct Client ID and project. Review selected photos, revisit waiting items and export the final selection list for editing and album design.
PHOTO AND VIDEO CORRECTIONS
Collect clear photo marks and video correction notes against the correct media, so editors can follow client feedback without searching through messages.
STUDIO BILLING AND BOOKINGS
Booking Desk keeps customer names, event dates, services, amounts, advances and pending balances together. Work Tracker follows editing and delivery with checklists, reminders, notes and urgent status.

Record studio income and expenses, review revenue, profit and pending payments, and export business reports. Cash Hub keeps daily money records organised.

Create separate Client IDs and choose whether each client can use photo selection, corrections or both. Clients only see media assigned to their access. Original photos and videos remain in your Google Drive.
