I am writing to suggest an improvement to your token issuance process. The requirement to stand in a queue for a physical token is inefficient. I recommend integrating a feature that accepts digital Aadhaar IDs, which would streamline the experience and reduce unnecessary waiting times for users.

This is trash app. None of the services work properly. It's always buffering! Hospitals don't even bother to acknowledge this service that this provides. Today I took a token for a new case, my number was 2nd. I did everything accordingly as guided by the application and hospital as well yet they made me wait in a queue(30+ people before me) it took me more than an hour to reach the case window! In short, even if we build such efficient system nobody cares enough to follow it.

The interface is clean, and most of the features work well. When I search for nearby health services such as hospitals, clinics, or PHCs within the app, the results and location descriptions appear accurate and helpful. However, there is an issue when trying to open these locations in Google Maps. After clicking on a listed location, the app redirects correctly to Google Maps, but the location shown there is incorrect and doesn't match the actual location of health services.
