NextTable runs structured 1-2-1 networking sessions for business chapters and regional conclaves.
A conclave brings hundreds of business owners into one hall for a few hours. Left to chance, most people spend it with those they already know. NextTable seats every attendee at a different table each round, so the room keeps reshuffling and nobody sits with the same person twice.
WHAT YOU GET
- Your table number for every round, on your own phone
- Who is sitting with you this round, with their company, category and chapter
- Structured pitch timing, with a moderator at each table starting and stopping each speaker
- Post an ask, so the whole room knows what you are looking for
- Record referrals as you give and receive them, with contact details and how warm the lead is
- A closing summary of your day: who you met, what you gave, what you received
HOW THE SEATING WORKS
Seating is generated before the event from the registered attendee list. Members are placed so that repeat pairings are eliminated across the full set of rounds. In a 107-member conclave that means roughly 28 new people met over six rounds, with no repeats.
DURING THE EVENT
The organiser runs the room from a web console. When they open a round, every phone in the hall updates at once with its new table number. Nothing is printed and nothing is handed out.
WHO IT IS FOR
NextTable is for chapter and regional teams running structured networking events. Organisers add attendees from their own registration list, so there is no public sign-up. Members sign in with the mobile number their organiser registered, and see only their own event.
