Absolutely garbage app with no functionality, only barriers. You have to find out and read a whole FAQ page to understand that even after you have followed all instructions and verified your account, you are not qualified to use the app because you were not invited to it. The helpline no. is dead and the app is full of bugs. Is this how a government sponsored app should be, because all I can feel is disappointment. I thought this might have been an alternative to WhatsApp, what a let down.

Please give features to make voice or video call. And one more thing, please shift option of voice massage, keep it in front of us, either you can keep it on top or anywhere else. And please work on it as fast as possible because i don't want to use products of foren countries in daily life, you can only help us to get rid of WhatsApp. And i really don't want to give less stars so please work fast, and i hope you can do it quickly.

It's a good app, however, many improvements could be made. First of all, I like the fact that the groups and personal chats are separate tabs. This helps people sort out their chats. When only emojis are sent, they should appear bigger than the text. The icons used could be a lot neater and more modern. The status feature must be added along with the ability to make group calls. If all these are implemented, I could see everyone currently using WhatsApp switching to this app.
