often crashes. no customer support. you call support, support raises a ticket automatically and then they call you after 5 days when the issue is over. tracker is meant to provide tracking info as emergency can arrive at any corner but here if there is an emergency, forget any quick response. it is as good as going to any government office. but government offices are improving over time.

Hello Onelap Team, I am using your Onelap Wired GPS Tracker and I have a feature request. Please add a Service Reminder / Odometer Notification feature in the app. For example, when the vehicle completes 5,000 km (or any user-defined distance like 5,000 / 10,000 km), the app should automatically send a notification. This will help users remember vehicle servicing and maintenance on time. I believe this feature would be very useful for all Onelap users. Thank you.

I am using your wireless gps. your service is good but I would like to give you two suggestions- 1. 1st suggestion is that you should give a manual refresh option in the app so that we can check the live location even if the vehicle is stopped. Currently it shows the last location with stopped status. 2. you should give updates like gps switched off or out of network area instead of stopped status.
