I am writing to report an issue with the Onelap GPS tracker installed in my car. On two occasions over the past two months, the device started buzzing even though there was no movement of the vehicle. This unexpected alert caused unnecessary panic, as it indicated activity that did not actually occur. I am concerned about the reliability of the tracker and would appreciate it if your development/technical team could investigate and resolve this issue at the earliest.

This app is helpful only when the person is online to monitor. There is no option to see yesterday's trips (if a person travel 100km and reach start point, without engine turn off and if you are offline, you don't even know his trip. Only ignition start stop can be seen at start point. A big glaw in this app.. There shall be option to see previous maps to check any time, though the vehicle do not stop/engine off.

The product is fine . but the problem is over there app that the accuracy of the recorded road map and smoothness while a live feed is taken from a moving car. wish as you charge annually for an app then why not we as a consumer expect for a smooth and simless experience
