This is one of the worst GPS trackers I have used. It stopped working in less than a week. The app keeps showing the device offline and location tracking is completely unreliable. This product is not fit for purpose and should not be sold without proper quality checks. I strongly doubt the reliability of this device. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have to escalate the complaint and request a full refund/replacement.

This app is helpful only when the person is online to monitor. There is no option to see yesterday's trips (if a person travel 100km and reach start point, without engine turn off and if you are offline, you don't even know his trip. Only ignition start stop can be seen at start point. A big glaw in this app.. There shall be option to see previous maps to check any time, though the vehicle do not stop/engine off.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor Support & Faulty Device Facing issues with OneLap from day one. Order placed on 31-01-26, delivery promised by 02-02-26 but received only on 04-02-26 after follow-up. OneLap has no technicians, so I had to get the device installed at my own cost. Within one month (24-02-26) the device stopped working. Customer care repeatedly asked me to visit a technician again and again for resets and even demanded a video, causing extra cost and hassle. After-sales support is pathetic.
