I am using your wireless gps. your service is good but I would like to give you two suggestions- 1. 1st suggestion is that you should give a manual refresh option in the app so that we can check the live location even if the vehicle is stopped. Currently it shows the last location with stopped status. 2. you should give updates like gps switched off or out of network area instead of stopped status.

App battery display is broken; stays at 80% for a week, then takes 5 hrs to full charge. Location lags 1-2 mins on selected google map. When no movements indoors, GPS zigzags wildly as if it flew away and back. Both traffic and traveled route show as solid green, making it impossible to read. If signal drops during movement, it just draws a straight flight line between points instead of following the roads

This is one of the worst GPS trackers I have used. It stopped working in less than a week. The app keeps showing the device offline and location tracking is completely unreliable. This product is not fit for purpose and should not be sold without proper quality checks. I strongly doubt the reliability of this device. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have to escalate the complaint and request a full refund/replacement.
