Bad customer service and system!! I do not recommend it, buy Geforce now or ant cloud subscription instead, when you use up your plan playtime but the plan still doesn't expire, they will hard lock that subscription and rendering any new subscriptions useless and you are forced to buy more hours to play more when you can recharge another month for cheaper and save money, their customer service won't do anything and they will reply really late, making excuses all the time!!.

During the trial period, I was assigned an RTX 4060 GPU. However, after purchasing the subscription, I am now being assigned a GTX 1080 instead. This feels very unfair and misleading. I subscribed expecting the same level of performance I received during the trial. Please clarify why the GPU has been downgraded and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I hope you won't ignore this I had taken the subscription 3 times and I wasn't even able to play a single game What should I do tell me quick, this is worse thing every time I want to play any other is playing now I started to play at night I have a 499 heaven HD plan . When I clicked on outlast2 no one was playing and after the launching game i just saw a black screen for continuous 1 hour . This is frustrating me.
