The Bhagavad Gita is one of the profoundest books of Indian spirituality. It is special in its structure of thought and in its language. Many commentaries have been written, giving diverse interpretations of the Bhagavad Gita . In Sri Aurobindo’s phenomenal work titled ‘Essays on the Bhagavad Gita ’, we enter into the spirit of the Bhagavad Gita and look at the truth with a deep insight.

The Apps contains a veriety of material, presented in a manner which is easily accessible: the entire 700 verses of the Bhagavad Gita chapters are in Devanagari with a Roman transliteration, followed by an English translation, (ANVAYA the prose order of the Sanskrit words) and word by word meaning. Ratings and reviews

There should be an option to play the entire work continuously. Each feature should be accessible from any other feature instead of having to go thru home. The main features should be accessible through touch icons, rather than through menu items. Having said that, it's probably the most appropriate app on Gita that I've found for my purposes. Addition of just the meanings of the shlokas in writing in other languages, one of which could be chosen as an option, would add immense value, I believe

This app is wonderful. The only thing I suggest or request is to also include a normal TABLE OF CONTENT for the Gita. Right now, each chapter does not have a number, but instead, it has only a title of what the chapter talks about. Why not add the chapter number to the title for those of us who are learning it or that need to find a specific verse quickly?

The app allows customization so I can practice reading the Devanagari verses without being distracted by the transliterations. And there are many supporting features, such as grammatical analysis and word translations.
