PetCare Clinics helps you book a veterinary appointment for your pet in a few
taps — and turn up at a known time instead of waiting in a queue.
Choose a clinic near you, pick a doctor and a time slot, and get a numbered
token for your visit. You will see exactly what the visit costs before you pay.
WHAT YOU CAN BOOK
Depending on the clinic you choose, appointments cover:
• Health check-ups
• Vaccination and preventive care
• Diagnosis and treatment
• Laboratory tests, X-ray and ultrasound
• Keyhole (laparoscopic), soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery
• Parasite control
• Pet grooming
• Nutrition and care advice
• Home visits
A NUMBERED TOKEN, NOT A QUEUE
Each booking gives you a token number and a time, so you know when to arrive.
Your bookings and their status stay in the app.
CLEAR PRICING BEFORE YOU PAY
The consultation fee, any registration fee and applicable charges are itemised
before payment, so there are no surprises at the counter. Payments are handled
by Razorpay.
KEEP YOUR PETS IN ONE PLACE
Add each pet with their species, breed and details, and reuse them when booking.
Vaccination and health records stay together in the app.
SIGN IN WITH YOUR MOBILE NUMBER
Sign in with your phone number and a one-time password. Google sign-in is also
available.
YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL
You can request deletion of your account and data from inside the app, under
Profile, or at https://petcareapp.in/user-deletion-policy/
