Very pathetic service. Today I just placed the order and waited two and half hours and didn't receive the food. When i contacted customer care they also given false commitments. So I never recommend ordering via this app. If you want to please order, better to go with other delivery apps.

App crashes and just doesn't open on Android 10 (OnePlus7). Works for select locations only (when i selected Whitefield it worked, but when i changed to Brookfield or asked the app to select the location, it just stopped working and refused to open). Uninstalling.

Cannot select delivery kitchen on app, support doesn't pick up call, when they picked up they gave another number to call, when I called another number they gave another number to call post which i disconnected. Also, their madhapur Hyderabad branch is screwed up so i can't just order from anywhere, and their outlets are unserviceable on Zomato/swiggy from last 2 days. Infact not all outlets are even displayed on Swiggy. Really disappointed, as they serve good biryani from kondapur , manikonda
