The app is not showing daily electricity unit consumption, even though I have a smart meter. I contacted the PSPCL electricity team, and they said this issue is related to the app backend. It's been a long time and the problem still exists. Please fix this issue in the next update. Daily consumption data is very important for users to track their usage.

complaint is registered immediately, but no timely solution. no feedback about service available. Even in power status coloumn, if it shows no power cut today, everything is ok. But in actual, there are frequent power cuts, without mentioning the status on app. There is no other option available for other type of complaints in regard to bills, 3 phase connection problems etc. lot of inconvenience, no solution.

after the latest update to verify the registered phone number, the app is only working on mobile data. if the phone is connected to wifi, then the app login is working, but no service is accessible over the wifi network. you need to change to mobile data to access services like my bills, supply status, etc. Kindly look into it and fix the issue.
