Ratings and reviews

Most of the functions and features in the application are not working. I keep getting “Check Your Internet Connection” notifications, but my internet is working perfectly fine. The issue seems to be with the application itself, not my network. At this point, the app is blaming my internet more often than I blame Mondays. 😄 Could you please investigate the application instead of sending me on another internet troubleshooting adventure?

Frustrating and unreliable app The app completely fails at basic utility service. They never update power supply status or notify customers about scheduled shutdowns or powercuts. Worse, during outages, key features like the complaint dropdown menu are intentionally disabled to prevent users from lodging complaints. To top it off, you constantly get "Connectivity issue" errors even with full 5G coverage while every other app works perfectly—clearly a server side issue on their end. Unacceptable

app is good but the operator sitting in the duty closes the complaint without actually doing the activity. no phone call , no confirmation, even closer second time also without resuming the supply. earlier the complaint used to assign to the persons, he used to call what is the problem, based on that action is taken. but now this is eye wash. kindly take note of this.
