I recently download this app due to new update policy of PSPCL. It doesn't even work properly and pspcl expect from us to use it to check electrical bills. The problems I faced were: • The chat option doesn't work. • If I want to delete my account it doesn't show any option for that rather than to login out. • I faced issues in changing my ID number. . must show Bill details in app itself why download option only.

Incorrect bill send to me is not solved, even after three times complaint registered by me and everytime reply was same i.e. " Complaint Resolved Successfully". The incorrect bill amount still showing in this app.

I recommend you to don't install this app it become useless now it takes a lot of time to process any issue it shows again and again "check you Internet connections" I off and on data many time but it didn't work so by this way this app become useless now
