after the latest update to verify the registered phone number, the app is only working on mobile data. if the phone is connected to wifi, then the app login is working, but no service is accessible over the wifi network. you need to change to mobile data to access services like my bills, supply status, etc. Kindly look into it and fix the issue.

The app is not showing daily electricity unit consumption, even though I have a smart meter. I contacted the PSPCL electricity team, and they said this issue is related to the app backend. It's been a long time and the problem still exists. Please fix this issue in the next update. Daily consumption data is very important for users to track their usage.

Pathetic App. Supply status is always ok even when there's a power outage for long hours. Every time you need to fill the district, area to check the status. Complaint numbers never work. Had there been an option to give negative stars on Google Play, I would have rated it negatively.
