The app was great before, but I don't know what's happened now. I wanted to pay my bill online, but it keeps showing an error. I've tried ten times and called the customer care number. They say they don't have any information about online services or the app. Go directly to the PSPCL office and tell them what the benefits of the app are???

A smart meter installed at my house but the app is showing incomplete and some wrong information, such as date of connection, no consumer address, no updated consumption data (at least 03 days behind), also not showing day to day consumption details (hourly, day, month etc.)...plz get it updated or resolved or tell me the way how can it be corrected... thanks...

Gee Deep
Earlier, I was using the PSPCL app without any problem. I could easily check and pay my bills and also register complaints. But after updating the app, all my saved accounts have disappeared. Now the app is not showing anything – it only says “Account missing or changed” and keeps showing “Refreshing account list” again and again, which makes no difference at all. This update has made the app completely useless. Instead of improving, the service has gone backward. Kindly fix these issues.
