Queue9 is queue and token management built for Indian businesses — hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, salons, retail stores, restaurants, and banks. This is the staff app: run your front desk from your phone or tablet instead of a shouting match or a spreadsheet.

FOUR QUEUE TYPES, PICK WHAT FITS YOUR COUNTER

Normal Queue
Classic token-based queuing. Customers check in and get a number; you call the next one in order. Works for any walk-in line.

Time Slot Booking
Customers book an exact appointment time from a link you share — no phone calls needed. You set your own hours, appointment length, and how many days ahead people can book, and you can still fit in walk-ins whenever you have room.

Configurable Queue
For queues where calling order is your call, not strict first-come-first-served — like a restaurant seating whichever party fits a table that just freed up. Call anyone waiting, not just the oldest.

Food Court / Kitchen Queue
Staff create each order at the counter and move it through New, Preparing, and Ready for Pickup on a simple kanban board. Customers look up their order status by phone number — no buzzer, no pager.

Every counter is independent, with its own token numbering, its own "call next," and its own QR code. Mix and match queue types across counters at the same venue.
