About this app

TAAC Purchases is the official mobile companion to AECT's Integrated Finance
Management System (IFMS). Built for finance and purchase teams across AECT
campuses, it brings the full purchase and payment workflow to your phone —
capture invoices on the spot, raise requests, track approvals, and draft
checks without switching to a desktop.
This app is for authorised AECT staff only. You will need credentials
provided by your campus administrator to sign in.

• Payment Request Forms (PRF)
Create multi-line payment requests with vendor details, expense headers,
invoice amounts, and supporting documents — all from your phone.
• Live budget indicator
See remaining budget per campus + expense head in real time. The app
flags over-budget line items before submission.
• Role-aware workflow
Dedicated queues for Payment Requesters, Check Drafters, Finance Users,
and Central Controllers. Each user sees only what's relevant to their
next action.
• Camera-first invoice capture
Capture invoices, bills, and delivery challans directly with the phone's
camera. Each photo is automatically stamped with capture time and
location for audit traceability.
• Purchase orders & procurement
Track purchase requests, vendor quotes, and purchase order revisions
across the full PPMS flow.
• Transaction history
Look up past payments to any vendor or expense head to spot duplicates
before drafting a new request.
• Secure & offline-tolerant
All traffic is encrypted end-to-end. Your sign-in session is stored
securely and the app gracefully recovers from weak network coverage.
