kindly update customer payment option. Provide seperate App(or extra login id) for collection boys to see the customer plan(without package rate) with refresh option alone. Customers are asking what is our package whenever they go for collection. Difficult for us to tell everytime if collection boy can use separate app they can manage easily.

While logging in new phone, its ask us to register or forgot password...but to go through these steps it needs to provide OTP, But we waiting for half and hour OTP doesnt came...pls go through that. We are unable to Login.

SCV should be enable to customers also. Since every plan is having some channels which is not useful for the customers. It should give access to select the channel and pay accordingly.
