Very Worst Experience from the Ticket Booking app. I booked the ticket through their app and failed. Then I got a message that the amount would be refunded. But after two weeks, the refund has not been received yet. If I call the contact number given on their website, i am not getting any response. They must stop such activities that extort money from the people. It was a very bad experience from their behavior. If you want to book a ticket, you have a lot of options at Book My Show.

Even after charging ₹27 per ticket extra for online booking, there's no option to change the seat position once the booking is done. Even after calling directly they are restricted to make any changes. Poor service.
