About this app
SLBBC Connect is the official app for people working with Sri Lakshmi Balaji Boiler Contractor. It gives every man a clear view of his own work record, without having to ask the office.
Sign in is simple. Enter the mobile number your employer has on file and the code that arrives by SMS. There is no password to remember and nothing to register — your account already exists.
See what you earned. Your latest payslip, the amount that reached your bank and when it was paid, the days you worked, your overtime, and your PF and ESI contributions. Every figure is the same one the office works from.
Check your attendance. Day by day, with your week-off shown clearly, so you can raise a mistake early instead of at the end of the month.
Keep your documents in one place. View the letters and certificates the office has issued to you, and photograph and upload your own documents when they are asked for.
Know the rules. Week-off eligibility, festival allowance, overtime rates, ESI, PF and professional tax, and how your wage is made up — written plainly and always current.
Record attendance at the gate. Supervisors can scan the site code to record a shift. Location is read at that moment only, to confirm the shift was recorded at the workplace. The app does not track anyone and never runs location in the background.
