I recently downloaded this application from the Google Play Store and have been unable to log in. Each attempt to access my account either results in an error message or the app freezing and crashing. This issue has prevented me from using the app entirely, which is quite disappointing as I was looking forward to exploring its features.

This app is very complicated. I already added my device but l still couldn't log in. No option to do bts. On my company pc l was asked to enter my email address to log in. On the app on my mobile device, no option to put the email address, what's being asked is my employee id/phone number that's why l wasn't able to log in. Worst app l've ever used!

Very disappointing. Super lag. It takes a lot of time to load everything. Logging in, selecting options. Sometimes it won't load at all. Stock up after logging in with word showing "my services" but blank below.
